We’ve been serving the Greater San Diego area for over 30 years. Our approach to insurance is a little different in that we like to get to know you before we recommend the type of insurance, coverage, limits and deductibles. Dennis Volz as the agent brings over 30 years of insurance experience to the table. Having been an agent with the same insurance carrier (SF) from day one, he understands not only all aspects of insurance but the inner mechanics of the company. When you need something done, Dennis knows someone in the company to take care of it.
Dennis also enjoys spending time with his family. With three grown, married kids in town and an assortment of grandchildern, Dennis and his wife Mikki keep busy helping and enjoying great times with them as individuals or all together as one big group complete with grandkids and an assortment of dogs. Yes.. it does get a little crazy at times, but it’s all blessings!

Yvonne brings her quick wit, sharp intellect and a wonderful smile to the agency. You’ll love to hear Yvonne answer the phone because she always cares about you first as a person and then as a customer. She is licensed in both personal and commercial lines of insurance and will work tirelessly to ensure that your insurance is properly written and issued. She lives in Chula Vista with and has a large family that keeps her non-working hours full of birthday parties, outings and special times with cousins, nieces and nephews.

In November of 2009 left the location we’d enjoyed for 25 years and moved next door to an updated and expanded location. Located in Spring Valley our office serves our clients that live all over the state of California. Some of our client base lives in Redding, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Santa Barbara and Palm Springs just to name a few.
With an office completely wired for all the latest in computer and communications technology, you’ll find that Dennis, the team or the expanded SF Customer Service Team is available to you virtually 24-hours a day!

Appointed with the familiar Red and White, our office is easy to locate and parking is both plentiful and convenient. You’ll be welcomed by a tray of snacks and a cold beverage of your choice. There will be cool tunes playing on the office iPod and we DO take requests. You’ll most likely get to hear what you want from the collection of some 8,000 songs on the playlist!
